Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mawaridna website, including its trial-request and contact forms (the "Site"), operated by Data Bridge Development & Innovation L.L.C. ("Data Bridge", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site

The Site is provided to describe Mawaridna, our HR platform, and to let visitors request a free trial or contact us. Submitting a trial request through the Site does not itself create a subscription or contract for the Mawaridna platform — access to and use of the platform, including pricing, service levels, and support, is governed by a separate service agreement entered into once your trial or subscription is set up.

Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the company you represent when submitting the trial-request or contact forms, and the information you provide must be accurate and current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, disrupting its operation, scraping or harvesting data from it, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and the Mawaridna name and brand, is owned by or licensed to Data Bridge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party destinations, such as the Mawaridna platform login, and uses a third-party service to deliver form submissions to us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Data Bridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
