Data Bridge Development & Innovation L.L.C. ("Data Bridge", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Mawaridna website and the trial-request and contact forms available on it (together, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It does not cover data processed inside the Mawaridna platform itself once a customer agreement is in place — that is governed by the separate service agreement signed with the customer.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to submit to us through the Site's forms:
- Trial request form — company name, registration number, company email, website, phone number, tax ID / VAT number, industry type, and company size.
- Contact form — your name, email address, phone number, subject, and message.
We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on the Site, and we do not collect information automatically beyond what your browser sends to any website by default (such as standard server request logs).
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up on a free-trial request, and get in touch about setting up or supporting your use of Mawaridna. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing and processing
Form submissions are delivered to us through a third-party form-processing service that relays the message on our behalf. That provider may store or process information on servers located outside the United Arab Emirates for the limited purpose of delivering your submission to us. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties, except where required by law.
Data retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our business communications, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
Children
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
